Hi Tom,
just stopping by to say "hi". Your Space is amazing, you helping a lot of other single dads and moms through the struggles of life...when getting seppperated and divorced. Jason & I went through a lot in our lifes but we know that things will get better now since together things are a lot easier to handle. We went to court a couple of weeks ago regarding child support and you know how that is. We were sitting there listening to some other cases and I couldn't hold back my tears, listening what others do to each other when it supposed to be in the intrest of the child. I am very happy I found your Space, you sure make a difference.
Have a wonderful day, Tom...and NEVER, EVER give up!!!
Love,
Jason & Jutta

Hey,
I just wanted to drop by and tell you, it is well worth the fight! I was a single Dad, and if it wasn't for my Ex's wanting to go out & "party", I too, probably would have never had my kids. All the mean words, your ripped out, and the GAMES... God, am I glad it's over. I had 4 to raise, 2 boys and 2 girls. My youngest is now 20, and going to college soon. ALL my kids became useful members of society! (And for that I thank God.) The oldest son is 31, married 2 kids and owns his own home. My eldest daughter is a homemaker with 2 kids, and they own their own home. My youngest son is 25, married with 2 children and own their own home. (He was about to get out of the Navy after 8 years, but 8 months BEFORE he was to leave, he was selected to go guard prisioners in Iraq.) Fianlly, my youngest daughter planss to be a RN and will be getting married NEXT June. They had only seen their mom 3 times in 15 years, and I had to set those visits up.
So, while she still owes me $30,000 in back support, (which I don't think I will ever see) I have managed to do the job correctly. The state is pretty much useless in recovering that money. And ya know money isn't everything, althought I know it can be tight.
The BEST day of my life was when I was at my 50th B-Day party, and everyone from her family thanked me for doing the job! Mind you, I was at my EX sis-in-law's house, and have gotten along with most of them over the years. I have always stayed in touch, as well as the kids staying in touch. When her Dad told me how pleased he was that I was in HIS life and he has always been able to come and see his grandkids, I almost fell over. But the icing on the cake was when my EX hugged me in front of EVERYONE and told me thank you for not letting her win the kids. She is STILL drinking, doing drugs and guys.
So, I guess I will spend the rest of my life content with the fact I did my job. My familiy is intact, and I can die happy!
Stick with it!!!
Best Of Luck,
Tred Spence, Kansas City, KS

The fact that you are trying makes all the difference in the world. I on the other hand have full joint custody with my ex. We split up our children 50/50. It can work. It's not easy, and it was hard. But my children are happier for it. We keep them in the same caring, loving enviroment on both ends.
good luck to you, your ex, and mostly your son! I wish you all happiness!!!

Your not alone my ex took off 4 yrs ago, and it's a constant fight with kid exchange. I just wish my youngest didn't have to be exposed to her live-in boyfriends. As far as I'm concerned , that needn't happen til you know they'll be around.

A Father's StruggleMy struggle with parental equality & every day life. 8/12/2009 My friends new tatoo design choiceMy NEW TATTOO design and tips webstie! Join FREE for limited time only check it out now @ http://AnewTattoo.com - I created it after helping my friend in the blog entry below. ( Check out the Design Galleries at bottom for new design choices at end ) Hello my friends I had a friend who wanted a tattoo and need an idea of what to get. She asked me if I could draw and I said "not at all". I told her to go online to find something and she said she had no computer so I invited her to dinner and to sit w/me to search the we. To my surprise it did not take long to find couple sites that she found interesting. After about 5 hours of searching the sites and 1hour for dinner she found what she was looking for and I got a sweet kiss on the cheek and an invite to go with her to get it inked on. I accepted and thought she was going to be in pain the whole time but I was wrong. She was sooo brave and did not even flinch once! I have no tats so I don't know how it feels but anytime a needle is used I just assumed it was going to hurt. We both learned a lot talking to the owner who did her tats. He told us about the history and how the "tools of the trade" have changed over the long history of tattoos. When all finished we left with her tat and my new found knowledge of something I did not much at all about. We both left with something but flinch of not mine was 100% painless and I hate pain in any form. She told her friends about the sites we found and three of her friends got tats at the same shop using picks from the sites. Oh and I have to think of what I am going to cook next Friday night. Please check out these sites and you might see your dream tat. You will have to find a trusted shop to have it done. I just found the whole thing neat and am considering getting one myself pain or no pain...lol Both are awesome! I am creating a new web site for tattoo lover to blog and show off their tottoo design choices with photos and perhaps video too so check back soon for more info if your into tattoos, thanks and have a great week!
6/28/2009 A Sad DayMy 13 year old cat died and I miss her. I keep calling for her and thinking she is in other room or getting into trouble. It will be hard to remember she is gone. It was 13 years and it will not be easy. I was always her best friend and she was mine. I was glad she could not talk because she knew all my secrets and never told one of them.
She will be missed dearly and forever. Here's to you Sassy "MEOW-MEOW-MEOW" three quick meows in a row. I hope they have mice in Kitty Heaven! I have some pics of her in my photos if u want to see her. Thanks for stopping by and read my other blogs and my other sites pls, thanks again!
b4n 6/21/2009 Hi everyome!I hope your day has been as good as mine. I love Father's Day! My Son called to make surte to say heloo and to wish me "HF". Have a great day to all the Fathers out there on this awesome day! =) 6/14/2009 My New HobbiesHello everyone! I have been busy with my day job of fixing computers and my hobbie of creating websites for me and others. I think each site is better than the last and beciomes my favorite. They are easier now that I use WordPress for the core and ad differebt plug-ins and themes. I make a few mods to mold it the way iI need. I host them too so I can put ads from Google Adsense or sell ad space. I could even have a "Sponsors" page just for ads. I amke a few bucks of them too because i pay 0$ to make, just my time of about 3-4 hours. I put ads on my site I made almost $3 from two ad hits. I am not doing it for the money of course, but the friendships I have made here are all so nice. I am sorry for not getting back to all the comments over the past few days.
5/7/2009 Give SuccessMy Son is donig great in school and everywhere else too! He is 10 an in the 4th grade. His mom and I have not had any trauma since I can remember adn that is awesome for all of us. This week end is Mothers Day and he might asl me to go home early to be w/mom on her day. I wish for him all the thing I never had and MOREx100 He is an awesome smart kid and I am soooo proud of him.......
That is my new motto, Give Success ! I have been making a few bucks online and actualy created www.GiveSuccess.com to help others with success of their own. My team is growing because they get tips and help with succeeding by using YouTube, Twitter, and other unique ways.
